Medicare’s Care Compare platform publicly reports hospice quality data collected through the Hospice CAHPS® Survey, which measures family members’ experiences with communication, emotional and spiritual support, pain and symptom management, and overall care provided by hospice teams.
This 4‑star rating places Hospice Austin among the top hospice providers, demonstrating strong performance in caregiver satisfaction and quality-of-care indicators.
