Hospice Austin’s 14th Annual Beauty of Life

Beauty, inspiration, and philanthropy are the hallmarks of Hospice Austin’s 14th annual Beauty of Life event presented by Texas Oncology, which will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at the JW Marriott. Brunch with over 900 of Austin’s most fashionable and philanthropic women and men, enjoy a fabulous silent auction, and participate in an exclusive shopping experience showcasing favorite local merchants – all benefiting Hospice Austin! This year we were pleased to welcome best selling author and renowned cook television personality Kate McDermott as our keynote speaker who will treat us to a taste of her “practical guide to homemade crusts, fillings and life”. Amplify Austin Day is our community’s annual day of giving. The 24-hour period provides an easy and fun way for our entire community to give together while helping local nonprofits like ours!

Surviving the Holidays – Family Differences in Grieving: Drop in Grief Group

Grieving within a family can bring deeper connection, feelings of isolation and strain or a combination of experiences. Join us to talk about the dynamics of grieving within a family. (Topics are used as a starting point for each group, however participants are free to bring up any issues and topics they would like to discuss.)

Central Texas Medical Orchestra Concert to Benefit Hospice Austin’s Christopher House
